Glicee printing
Giclée printing is a high-quality digital printing method used to reproduce fine art. The term "giclée" (pronounced zhee-clay) comes from the French word "gicler," which means "to squirt" or "to spray." It involves using up to 12 inks instead of the traditional 4 to produce prints of exceptional quality. These archival-grade inks, renowned for their longevity and color vibrancy, resist fading and ensure prints retain their richness for decades.
Paper qualitiy
We use premium matte art paper 200 gsm (grams per square meter) that has a smooth and subty grainy finish. This museum-quality paper is extremely consistent and works perfectly with large, full colour designs. The matte finish emphasises different highlights and tones in the source artworks.
This paper is also sustainably sourced.
Flip your prints!
Each print features two framed pictures, one in a vertical orientation and the other horizontal. My creative process is an ongoing work of trial and error. I continuously adjust, rotate, enlarge, flip, and twist each element until I achieve a composition I find visually pleasing. Occasionally, even when I think a piece is complete, I have the need to further manipulate it. Art is inherently subjective, devoid of established rules. Therefore, I invite you to explore and experiment with the prints yourself—flip them, rotate them, until you sense a personal connection.
